Role Description The Data Researcher will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full time capacity, focusing on sourcing, extracting, validating, and organizing data from a variety of digital sources. This role involves designing and refining data collection workflows, collaborating with engineering and data operations teams to teach agents how to navigate new sources, and ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and traceability.

The Data

Researcher will analyze collected data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, and will prepare clear summaries and reports for internal stakeholders.



Day-to-day responsibilities include documenting data sources and methodologies, validating data against original pages, and communicating findings to support product improvements and business decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify patterns and insights.
- Experience in data management, including data cleaning, structuring, and maintaining organized datasets.
- Working knowledge of data analytics techniques and tools to support quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Effective communication skills to present findings clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document processes.
- Background in business analysis or related activities, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data tools; familiarity with SQL or scripting languages (e.g., Python) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail, high standards for data quality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
