Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Privacy & Data Protection professional with 2+ years of relevant experience in privacy compliance, data protection regulations, and privacy risk management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GDPR, India’s DPDP Act, DPIA/DPA, ISO 27701, and data privacy compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support data privacy and data protection compliance initiatives.
- Interpret and implement requirements under GDPR and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.
- Conduct and support Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and privacy risk assessments.
- Review and maintain Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and privacy-related contractual requirements.
- Support privacy audits, assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Assist with data mapping, data inventories, records of processing activities (RoPA), and data flow assessments.
- Develop and maintain privacy policies, procedures, standards, and documentation.
- Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 27701 privacy controls.
- Identify privacy risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
- Collaborate with Legal, Information Security, IT, HR, and business teams on privacy requirements.
- Monitor changes in privacy regulations and assess their impact on the organization.

Required Skills





- 2+ years of experience in Data Privacy / Data Protection / Privacy Compliance.
- Strong understanding of GDPR.
- Positive knowledge of Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, India.
- Hands-on experience with DPIA and DPA.
- Understanding of ISO 27701 and privacy information management systems.
- Experience with privacy compliance assessments, risk assessments, and audits.
- Knowledge of data lifecycle, data classification, data retention, and data subject rights.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
