We are looking for a Data Operations / Application Support Engineer with 2+ years of experience to monitor and support data pipelines and integration services across Microsoft Fabric and Azure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in application/data operations, incident management, monitoring, and first-level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse pipeline executions, failures, delays, and abnormal runtimes.
- Monitor Fabric Data Pipelines, Synapse Pipelines, Integration Runtimes, and Linked Services.
- Investigate failed, stuck, or delayed pipeline executions and perform first-level troubleshooting.
- Restart or rerun pipelines as required based on operational procedures.
- Monitor data gateways and integration components for availability and connectivity.
- Validate dependencies, schedules, triggers, and data-source connectivity.
- Analyze logs and diagnostics to identify and resolve operational issues.




- Escalate complex incidents to the Data Engineering team with relevant technical details.
- Maintain incident records and provide regular reports on pipeline availability, failures, and SLA compliance.
- Perform routine health checks and ensure monitoring alerts are appropriately addressed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in IT/Application Support, Data Operations, Production Support, or a related role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Understanding of Azure Data Factory (ADF) concepts.
- Good working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with application/data pipeline monitoring and incident management.
- Basic troubleshooting skills related to data pipelines, integrations, and connectivity.
- Valuable analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in the 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST shift.
