Role Description The Data Entry Specialist (Offshore, Entry-Level) is a full-time, in office role based in India. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining policy data and related information in internal systems and tools. Day-to-day tasks include

Responsible for running structured queries/prompts against an AI system to extract or generate data, reviewing the outputs for accuracy, and entering/loading validated results into the designated database, following defined templates and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Run pre-defined queries/prompts on Claude to extract, process, or structure data from source documents
- Review AI-generated output against source documents for completeness and correctness before use
- Format and load validated data into the designated database (per defined schema/field structure)
- Follow standardized field formats, naming conventions, and data schemas exactly as defined in SOPs
- Flag unclear AI outputs, ambiguous source data, or inconsistent results to the QA/lead reviewer rather than guessing or forcing an entry
- Maintain daily/weekly production logs of records completed and queries run




- Meet defined accuracy and volume targets (e.g., X records/day at 98%+ accuracy)
- Escalate recurring issues (e.g., a query consistently producing unreliable output for a certain document type) to improve prompts/workflows over time

Required Qualifications
- Freshers/recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Comfortable using AI chat tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) — prior hands-on use is a strong plus, willingness to learn is a must
- Working proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (basic formulas, filtering, sorting) and comfort with database entry tools
- Good written English comprehension — able to read source documents and interpret/verify AI-generated output against them
- High attention to detail — this role is fundamentally about catching when an AI output is wrong, not just entering it
- Logical, methodical mindset — comfortable following a repeatable query → review → load process
- Basic computer literacy (file management, multiple applications simultaneously)

Preferred (Not Required for Freshers)
- Prior experience with data entry, transcription, or back-office work
- Prior hands-on experience prompting/using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or pharma terminology
