Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases. The ideal candidate should have good typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage data accurately within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in databases, Excel sheets, and internal systems.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before submission.
- Review and correct data errors or inconsistencies.
- Maintain proper records and documentation.
- Prepare reports and organize data as required.
- Perform data validation and ensure data confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and update required information.




- Handle routine administrative and back-office data entry activities.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in Data Entry, Back Office, MIS, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer applications.
- Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of data management and documentation.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills.

- Any Graduate with relevant experience.
