Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support internal business operations. The role involves preparing sample reports, datasets, charts, and visualizations using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Google Sheets, while following established company guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work simultaneously and efficiently in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to prepare sample files by entering data.
- Prepare sample reports in PowerPoint according to the predefined company format.




- Prepare datasets in Excel according to the predefined company format.
- Prepare informative images and visualizations based on the provided data and requirements.
- Maintain standard formatting, layouts, and aspect ratios across all files in accordance with company standards.
- Follow the provided guidelines accurately and complete all required deliverables within the specified timelines.
- Use actual data provided by the company to prepare graphs, charts, and pie charts for company presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong ability to understand business models and company products.
- Ability to understand and apply guidelines accurately.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Excel, PPT, Word and general computer operations.
- Good typing speed and effective system navigation skills.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking ability.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy.
- Ability to understand information quickly and make structured decisions.
- Strong English reading comprehension and communication skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of information in an organised manner.
- Self-driven attitude with willingness to learn and improve continuously.
