?We’re Hiring – Bench Sales Recruiter / Data entry Operator (Freshers)

We are looking for Freshers who are interested in starting their career in the US IT Staffing industry.

No prior experience is required. Complete training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

Handle and manage assigned candidate profiles.

Search for relevant job opportunities based on the candidate’s skills and experience.

Apply for suitable jobs through LinkedIn and other job portals.

Submit candidate profiles for relevant job openings.

Send skilled emails and LinkedIn messages to recruiters regarding job opportunities.

Follow up with recruiters through email and LinkedIn.

Maintain accurate records of job applications, submissions, recruiter details, responses, and status in Google Sheets.

Regularly update candidate application data and track daily progress.

Work according to the daily application and outreach process provided by the company.

Who Can Apply

Freshers – No Experience Required

Basic computer and internet knowledge.





Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel.

Basic English require(speking,writing,reading)

Comfortable using email and LinkedIn.

Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Willingness to learn and follow the provided process.

Comfortable working in the US/Night Shift.

Training Provided
