- Enter and update production, inventory, purchase, sales, and dispatch data in the ERP system.

- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.

- Generate ERP reports related to stock, production, material consumption, and dispatch.

- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality, and Accounts departments for data collection and validation.

- Ensure timely updating of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issues, stock transfers, and dispatch entries.

- Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies in ERP records.

- Maintain digital and physical records of production and inventory transactions.

- Support ERP users and report system-related issues to the concerned team.

- Assist in periodic stock audits and physical inventory verification.





- Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Computer Applications, or any relevant field.

- Diploma or certification in Computer Applications will be preferred.

Experience

- 1 to 3 years of experience in data entry or ERP operations in a manufacturing environment.

- Freshers with good computer proficiency may also be considered.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
