About the Role

AD Automatos is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Executive to join our team at the Sahibabad location. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating databases, preparing reports, and handling day-to-day data management activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain company data accurately in Excel, Google Sheets, and internal systems.
- Maintain and organize records, documents, and databases.
- Verify data for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Manage data related to employees, projects, invoices, attendance, and other company records.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of physical and digital records.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and update required information.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
- Perform regular data checks and maintain data accuracy.
- Complete assigned data entry and administrative tasks within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a relevant diploma/certification may also be considered.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, email, and internet applications.
- Valuable typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of formulas, sorting, filtering, and data formatting in Excel will be preferred.

Salary & Job Location Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
