Role Description This is a full time, on-site Data Entry Executive role based in Chandigarh.

The Data Entry

Executive will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases. Daily tasks include verifying information from various sources, organizing records, performing regular data quality checks, and ensuring timely completion of assigned data-related tasks. The role also involves coordinating with team members to resolve discrepancies,



preparing basic reports, and following established data management procedures and confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong data entry and typing skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and email applications.
- Candidates should possess skills in data validation, record keeping, and maintaining organized digital and physical documentation.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and respond to data-related queries.
- Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include prior experience in data entry or back-office operations, knowledge of database or CRM systems, ability to follow standard operating procedures, and a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (graduation in any field is preferred).
