Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Engineer role based in Jaipur.

The Data

Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support analytics, product development, and decision-making across the organization. Daily responsibilities include implementing and optimizing ETL processes, modeling data for reporting and dashboards, and managing data warehousing solutions that ensure data integrity and performance. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand data needs, implement reliable data flows,



and provide accessible data sets for analysis and experimentation.

The Data

Engineer will also monitor data quality, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and contribute to improving data infrastructure and standards.

Qualifications

- Strong data engineering skills, including experience with Data Engineering and building reliable data pipelines.
- Proficiency in Data Modeling for analytics and reporting, with the ability to design scalable and maintainable data structures.
- Hands-on experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and tools, ensuring efficient and accurate data movement.
- Experience with Data Warehousing concepts and platforms, including design, maintenance, and optimization.
- Ability to perform Data Analytics, including querying, basic statistical analysis, and supporting dashboards and BI tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language commonly used in data engineering (such as Python or Java).
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data stack tools is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, design-focused environment.
