Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Engineer / Data Scientist with AI/ML expertise to work on data pipelines, machine learning models, feature engineering, predictive analytics, and production-ready ML solutions.

Key Skills & Technologies

- Programming: Python, PySpark, SQL
- Data: Databricks, Apache Spark, Unity Catalog, ETL/ELT
- AI/ML: Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, Feature Engineering, Model Evaluation
- Data Science: Churn Prediction, SHAP, Lift Analysis,



Experimentation
- MLOps: MLflow, Model Monitoring, Feature Pipelines

Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
- Practical experience with Databricks and Apache Spark.
- Good understanding of Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, and statistical concepts.
- Experience with model development, feature engineering, model evaluation, and predictive analytics.
- Exposure to MLflow, MLOps, and production ML workflows is preferred.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
