Associate Vice-President to serve as Data Architect for Client Platforms Technology, the engineering team responsible for all client-facing systems within , including Sales, Marketing, Client Reporting, and Digital/Web platforms. This leader will play a central role in enabling our continued global growth by building highly scalable, secure, and resilient data capabilities for both the institutional and wealth/retail businesses. Reporting to the Managing Director, Head of Client/Investor Technology, the successful candidate will partner with our Data and AI team to align strategy and with Institutional, Retail, Digital, and Client Reporting engineering leads to support business outcomes with a well-reasoned data infrastructure.

The Client Platforms Data Architect will serve as the senior-most engineering authority for data within Client Platforms, accountable for data within our CRM, databases, data lakes, and lakehouses. This leader will operate as a hands-on engineer, responsible for setting technical direction, establishing engineering standards, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across a globally distributed team. The role requires deep expertise in up-to-date data engineering, strong judgment in build-versus-buy decisions, and the ability to partner effectively with infrastructure, security, and application engineering leaders to deliver platforms that meet enterprise requirements for scale, resiliency, governance,



and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate brings a proven track record of building and operating enterprise-scale data platforms in complex, regulated financial services environments, combined with the leadership presence to influence senior stakeholders and develop a high-performing data team. This role demands both strategic thinking and execution excellence, balancing innovation with stability while ensuring that their data infrastructure delivers measurable business value, accelerates decision-making, and provides a durable competitive advantage for the firm.

Experience & Background

- 8+ years of progressive technology experience, with significant leadership experience in data architecture, design and delivery
- Proven experience building and operating enterprise-scale data platforms, ideally in asset management, alternatives, banking, or similarly complex regulated environments.
- Demonstrated success leading teams
- Solid track record partnering with senior business and technology leaders Technical Expertise
- Deep hands-on understanding of: o Cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP experience welcome) o Databricks, Lakehouse architecture, and modern data stacks o Salesforce data modeling o Data Modelling, including lineage and transformation o Data quality assurance
- Experience integrating commercial AI tools with proprietary data preferred
