Role Overview:
We are looking for a Data Analyst with 3 - 5 years of experience to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate must have strong skills in Advanced Excel and Good Communication Skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret datasets to generate insights.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
Use Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, VLookup, HLookup) for data analysis.
Automate reporting tasks using Macros is a plus.
Collaborate with teams to deliver accurate and timely data outputs.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience.
Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel.
Knowledge of Macros (advantage).
Good analytical and communication skills
Banking/Insurance Background would be a plus.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
