Key Responsibilities:

- Business Collaboration: Gather requirements, understand data needs, and translate complex business questions into actionable analytics solutions.
- Dashboard & Reporting: Build, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards, Smartsheets, and Salesforce reports. Take ownership of existing dashboards and develop current interactive dashboards.
- Data Pipeline Support: Collaborate with data engineers to enhance data pipelines, transitioning manual processes toward automation.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across platforms.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of data workflows, analyses, and dashboards.
- Training & Enablement: Educate team members and stakeholders on Tableau, data analysis techniques, and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on latest trends, tools, and analytics best practices to continually enhance solutions.
