About The Role We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in MS SQL, Healthcare Data Modeling & Integration, and Statistics to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building scalable and efficient cloud infrastructure to support healthcare data analytics initiatives.

Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing system health monitoring, automating processes, and enhancing our data pipelines. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze large healthcare datasets, develop data models, and support reporting and regulatory compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare data, strong technical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, Healthcare Analytics, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience working with US Healthcare datasets, including benefits, claims,



and eligibility data, is essential.

Proficiency in SQL is a must, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries for data extraction and analysis. Familiarity with modern data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake and MySQL is required, along with experience in healthcare process documentation and data flow modeling using tools like Microsoft Visio or draw.io. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, are critical.

Candidates should demonstrate a deep understanding of healthcare data standards, business rules, and reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities As a Data Analyst specializing in healthcare, your responsibilities will include analyzing large-scale healthcare datasets, such as claims, provider, utilization, and quality data, to generate comprehensive reports and insights. You will develop and optimize SQL queries to ensure accurate data extraction, validation, and transformation, supporting both business and regulatory reporting needs.

Collaborating with data engineering teams, you will facilitate the reliable ingestion and integration of data from source systems like claims processing platforms and provider databases.

Your role will involve supporting analytics initiatives focused on value-based care, population health management, quality improvement, and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will create process flows, data lineage diagrams, and system architecture visuals to document healthcare workflows, business rules, and data definitions. You will work closely with stakeholders from Healthcare Operations, Finance, Clinical, Quality,



and Compliance teams to understand their reporting requirements, translate complex data into clear insights, and present findings to leadership and cross-functional teams effectively.
