Job Title: Associate Team Lead – Operations

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business analyst to join our Business Intelligence Services team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of Excel, and the ability to manage multiple reporting tasks efficiently. This role requires a professional who is committed and capable of working in a focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- - Preparation and dissemination of Multiple Reports:

- Prepare, review, and issue the required reports in a timely manner, as per the existing agreed formats while ensuring compliance with company policies.

- These reports include and are not limited to:

- Head count reports

- Attrition reports (Resource and client)

- Biometric reports

- Revenue reports

- Productivity reports





- Staffing reports (incl Billable, non-billable reports)

- Preparation and dissemination of Invoices:

- Prepare, review, and issue the required invoices in a timely manner, while ensuring compliance with company policies and client agreements.

- Communication Skills:

- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Qualifications:

- - Proven experience in a similar MIS role for at least 2 to 3 years.

- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
