Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Gurugram.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to financing products, hospital and provider performance, and operational processes. The role involves building and maintaining reports and dashboards to support decision-making across product, risk, operations, and leadership teams.

Analyst will develop data models, identify trends and insights, and prepare explicit visualizations and presentations for stakeholders.



Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, improving data quality and integrity, and contributing to analytics-driven product and process enhancements.

Qualification

- Solid analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of statistics to design analyses, validate hypotheses, and support data-driven decisions.
- Experience with data modeling to structure data, build scalable models, and support reporting and forecasting needs.
- Effective communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and create clear reports and presentations.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics or programming tool (e.g., Python, R, or similar).
- Experience with business intelligence or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Prior experience in fintech, financial services, or healthcare domains is an advantage.
- Ability to work with in office teams in a fast-paced startup environment, with strong attention to detail and data quality.
