We are looking for a highly capable B.Tech IT / Computer Science qualified who loves working with data, solving unfamiliar problems and exploring what is possible.

You will work across Amazon-related and other JLT business operations, helping us discover opportunities, improve processes, build analytical solutions and turn raw data into business value.

THIS ROLE IS FOR SOMEONE WHO:

Gets excited by a messy dataset and wants to figure it out

Doesn't wait for perfectly defined problems — explores and finds solutions

Can look at data and ask, “What else can we learn from this?”

Enjoys automating repetitive work and improving processes

Is comfortable learning new tools, technologies and business domains

Can move from business problem → data → analysis → solution

Takes ownership rather than simply completing assigned tasks

Wants to build things that actually impact business growth

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Analyze, clean, structure and transform large and complex datasets

Develop MIS, dashboards, analytical reports and business intelligence

Identify patterns, trends, opportunities and operational gaps

Build data-driven solutions for existing and new business operations

Automate repetitive data-processing and reporting workflows

Design efficient methods for data collection, validation and enrichment

Conduct business, market and competitive research using data

Develop analytical frameworks to support new business opportunities

Improve operational efficiency through data and automation





Work with management to convert business questions into analytical solutions

Explore new technologies and approaches that can make JLT faster, smarter and more scalable

Take ownership of data-related projects from concept to implementation

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Mandatory

B.Tech / B.E. in IT, Computer Science or related field

Strong analytical and logical thinking

Advanced MS Excel

Strong data-handling and problem-solving ability

Strongly Preferred

SQL

Python

Power BI / Tableau

Database concepts

Data automation

API/data extraction

Data visualization

EXPERIENCE

1+ year preferred, but exceptional freshers with robust technical skills, projects and problem-solving ability are encouraged to apply.

We care more about what you can build and solve than simply how many years you have worked.
