Role & responsibilities
Handle day-to-day production operations in Ghee / Paneer section
Ensure adherence to production plans, quality standards, and food safety norms
Monitor process parameters and optimize yield and productivity
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and utilities
Maintain hygiene, GMP, and regulatory compliance (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO)
Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and S&D; teams for smooth operations
Drive cost control, wastage reduction, and process improvements
Maintain production records, reports, and MIS
Preferred candidate profile
Solid knowledge of dairy processing and plant operations
Hands-on experience in managing shop-floor operations
Good team handling and problem-solving skills
Experience in organized dairy industry preferred
Candidates willing to work in plant operations and shifts
Must know local language Telugu
