Responsibilities:

Platform Administration & Governance

- Own day-to-day platform administration of Orange Logic ? manage user access, permissions, group assignments, Space configurations, and role-based settings across all six e.l.f. Beauty brands.

- Execute and enforce DAM governance ? apply the structure, taxonomy, and metadata standards; ensure all content added to the DAM adheres to established rules.

- Manage metadata schemas, controlled vocabularies, and taxonomies ? maintain and evolve brand taxonomies, authority lists, and asset subtypes as brands grow and requirements shift.

- Oversee integrations between OL and connected systems

- Monitor platform performance and usage ? track API consumption, storage utilization, AI credit usage, and user adoption metrics

- Lead user onboarding and training ? deliver role-based training sessions.

- Serve as the primary escalation point for platform issues ? triage tickets from the Coordinator and end users, resolve or escalate to Orange Logic support, and track resolution SLAs.

- Maintain platform documentation ? keep admin guides, SOPs, governance handbook, and configuration reference docs current.

Requirements:

Required





- 5+ years of DAM platform administration experience (Orange Logic preferred; Canto, Bynder, or similar acceptable).

- Robust understanding of metadata schemas, taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, and DAM governance principles.

- Experience configuring integrations and troubleshooting API-based syncs across connected systems.

- Familiarity with creative production and marketing operations workflows in a multi-brand environment.

- Experience training and supporting end users across time zones and functional teams.

- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools (e.g., Asana).

- Familiarity with file formats across photography, video, and design (RAW, TIFF, PSD, MP4, etc.).

- Openness to learning and adopting emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools for asset management.

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

- Ability to work across time zones with US-based creative and marketing teams.

- High speed internet for downloading and uploading assets
