Required Qualifications

Experience

- Minimum 7 years of experience in dashboard development and data visualization.
- Proven experience in extracting data from Data Warehouses and developing dashboards based on predefined business criteria.
- Experience publishing dashboards for executive leadership and senior management consumption.
- Experience developing dashboards for web-based applications or websites.

Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Python-based visualization technologies, including:
- Plotly
- Dash
- Matplotlib
- Seaborn
- Bokeh (preferred)
- Robust experience with at least one leading visualization platform such as:
- Tableau
- Grafana
- Power BI
- Qlik Sense
- Looker (preferred)
- Proficiency in:
- SQL
- Data Modeling
- Data Warehousing concepts
- ETL/Data Extraction processes
- Understanding of:
- KPI development
- Data storytelling
- Dashboard UX/UI best practices




- Performance optimization techniques

Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and business interaction skills.
- Ability to gather requirements directly from senior leadership and business teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and web application integration.
