D365 F&O; Data Management Associate / Analys - Linkedin will be required

Shift: Must cover until 12:00 noon EST, with 3–4 hours of daily overlap with the client's Eastern-time team

Responsibilities:

Perform manual data entry, updates and corrections within D365 F&O;

Carry out data manipulation, validation and cleanup activities across master and transactional data

Support the BA team in preparing, formatting and loading data sets

Identify and flag data quality issues to the client's analysts

Coordinate directly with client-side business analysts and business users on daily priorities

Document steps and maintain a record of work performed

Must-have

4 years of experience in a data-oriented engineering, development or analyst role

Strong Excel and data manipulation skills





Ability to learn a new ERP setting quickly with limited hand-holding — the client has explicitly said existing D365 depth is not mandatory if aptitude is strong

Excellent spoken and written English — this is the client's number one screening criterion. Do not shortlist anyone who is not comfortable in live conversation with North American stakeholders

Willingness and availability to work the EST-overlap shift for the full engagement

Attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, high-volume data work

Good to have

Prior exposure to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, or any ERP (SAP, Oracle, NAV, Business Central)

Familiarity with D365 Data Management Framework, data entities or DMF imports

SQL or Power Query

Experience in apparel, retail or manufacturing — product/item master, style-colour-size structures

Any Microsoft Dynamics certification (MB-500, MB-330)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
