Zavya's website is one of our largest revenue channels. We are looking for a sharp, execution-driven D2C Operations Executive to run day-to-day Shopify operations — launches, offers, banners, collections, campaigns, and website hygiene. Everything you touch is customer-facing, so accuracy matters as much as speed.

What You'll Own

- Run day-to-day Shopify operations: homepage banners, landing pages, product blocks, and campaign sections.
- Set up offers, discount codes, coupons, and bundles and verify every one before it goes live.
- Build and manage collections for launches, categories, bestsellers, offers, and seasonal pushes.
- Get weekly new launches live with correct images, pricing, tags, collections, and visibility.
- Support push notifications, WhatsApp campaigns, and emailers correct links, codes, and landing pages.
- Catch and close website issues: broken links, wrong pricing, checkout errors,



and product visibility gaps.
- Coordinate with creative, performance, catalogue, warehouse, and tech teams to keep execution unblocked.
- Maintain trackers for banners, offers, launches, campaign readiness, and open issues.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years in D2C, Shopify, website, or e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on Shopify experience strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of product pages, collections, banners, discount codes, and campaign execution.
- Robust Excel / Google Sheets.
- High attention to detail you spot the wrong price before the customer does.
- Exposure to GoKwik, Razorpay, Shiprocket, Unicommerce, WebEngage, MoEngage, or Klaviyo is a plus.
- Fast, organised, and comfortable in a startup pace.
