Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Performance Marketing Manager to join our energetic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in D2C performance marketing and will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Management:
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads to drive ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
- Handle the complete performance marketing funnel from strategy to execution.

- Data Analysis
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement data-driven strategies to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

- Collaboration




- Work closely with the marketing team to align performance marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements

- Experience:
- Minimum 5 year of hands-on experience in D2C performance marketing.

- Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.

- Analytical Skills
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
