We are hiring a D2C Manager to drive website growth, revenue, profitability, customer acquisition and retention for a leading fashion accessories brand. The role involves end-to-end website trading, merchandising, campaign planning, digital marketing, CRM and customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in D2C/e-commerce, website analytics, performance marketing, conversion optimisation and CRM.
You will be responsible for key metrics including Revenue, ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate, AOV, Repeat Rate and Net Sales. Robust analytical skills, commercial acumen and cross-functional collaboration with creative, technology, merchandising, warehouse and customer service teams are essential.
