About The Role The CyberArk L3 Operations Engineer at TCS plays a critical role in maintaining the security and integrity of privileged access management systems across enterprise environments. This position involves handling complex technical issues, performing platform upgrades, and ensuring the smooth operation of CyberArk PAM components such as Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PTA.

The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including L2 support, security architects, and application owners, to deliver high-quality operational support and ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with a robust focus on Privileged Access Management solutions. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Certifications such as CyberArk Guardian or Defender, along with ITIL Foundation, are highly preferred.



Candidates should have extensive hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM components, scripting languages like PowerShell, and familiarity with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira. A solid understanding of Active Directory, Windows/Linux administration, and network fundamentals is essential.

Responsibilities

- Handle Level 3 escalations related to CyberArk components including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PTA, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent solutions to prevent future incidents.
- Apply patches, perform version upgrades, and ensure the stability and security of the CyberArk platform.
- Monitor system health and performance metrics proactively, implementing measures to optimize platform uptime and reliability.
- Develop, test, and maintain integrations with various target systems such as Windows, Linux, Active Directory, databases, and cloud environments.
- Customize workflows and policies using CyberArk APIs and scripting tools to meet organizational security requirements.
- Create automation scripts for onboarding, health checks,



and reporting using PowerShell and REST APIs.
- Ensure all Privileged Access Management processes align with internal security standards and comply with regulatory frameworks such as SOX and PCI DSS.
- Prepare and provide evidence for audits, certifications, and compliance reviews.
- Collaborate with L2 teams, security architects, and application owners, providing knowledge transfer, documentation, and runbooks to facilitate operational excellence.
