GOEEN Electric Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Purchase & Procurement Executive to manage domestic and international purchasing activities, vendor coordination, import/export documentation, and CHA (Customs House Agent) clearance. The candidate should have positive knowledge of procurement processes, commercial documentation, logistics, and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete purchase and procurement process from requirement generation to material delivery.

- Source and evaluate reliable domestic and international suppliers.

- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize vendors.

- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain proper procurement records.

- Coordinate with vendors regarding order confirmation, production, dispatch, and delivery schedules.

- Handle import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and other relevant paperwork.

- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, and customs authorities for smooth clearance.





- Track import shipments and ensure timely customs clearance and material receipt.

- Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, and documentation.

- Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, Production, and other departments for procurement requirements.

- Monitor inventory requirements and ensure timely availability of critical materials, components, and accessories.

- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.

- Resolve issues related to shortages, quality, delayed deliveries, and incorrect documentation.

- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable import/export procedures.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Purchase & Procurement operations.

- Good understanding of Import, Export & CHA clearance procedures.

- Vendor development and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of commercial and shipping documentation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
