- Develop and manage end-to-end cutover plans .
- Coordinate business & IT teams during cutover and Go-Live.
- Develop training strategy, content and end-user enablement .
- Track readiness, risks and dependencies.
- Support hypercare and transition activities .
Requirements: Experience in Cutover/Go-Live, Training & Business Readiness , with robust stakeholder management skills.
SAP/ERP experience is preferred.
