Role Description The Customer Support Specialist internship is a remote role focused on assisting users across Pixel Comet’s filmmaking ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or support portals, diagnosing common issues, and providing clear, timely resolutions.

The intern will help guide users through platform features, document recurring issues, and escalate technical problems to relevant teams when necessary. This role also involves gathering feedback on user experiences,



contributing to support documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on delivering clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented assistance.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including active listening, professional written communication, and the ability to engage with diverse users.
- Foundational Technical Support capabilities and Analytical Skills to troubleshoot issues, interpret user reports, and identify patterns.
- Comfort working in a remote workplace, with reliable internet access, good time management, and attention to detail.
- Interest in film, media, or creator platforms; prior experience in customer-facing roles or support tools (e.g., ticketing systems) is beneficial.
- Ability to learn new software quickly and follow documented processes; availability to commit to internship schedule as agreed.
