Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Representative role based in Kolkata. The role involves responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about brokerage services and account-related queries. The representative will resolve issues, log and track complaints, escalate complex cases when necessary, and follow up to ensure timely closure.

Daily tasks include maintaining records of interactions, guiding clients through processes such as onboarding and transactions,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure high service standards and client satisfaction. The role also requires adhering to compliance guidelines and promoting a professional, client-centric experience at all times.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a client-first mindset.

- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through responsiveness, empathy, and follow-through.

- Explicit and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Basic Troubleshooting skills to identify, analyze, and resolve client issues efficiently.

- Prior experience in financial services, broking, or a related domain is an advantage.
