The role primarily focuses on:-

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must know his/her target market well and have the ability to create campaigns that grab the attention of customers and solves their problems.
- Must have knowledge & experience with gathering and analyzing data to help understand customer base and come up with suggestions for improving the existing strategy.
- Ensure regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company's presence.
- Propose and deliberate potential solutions for implementation in consultation with clients.
- Provide periodic training to existing schools and new school deployment.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and execute customer training.
- Ensure very valuable client experience for existing customers.




- Lead and coordinate for customer onboarding process.
- Work very closely with the development team at Chennai.

Age: 25 - 30 Years

Experience: 1 to 3 years in the relevant field. It'll be an added advantage if the person has connects at Schools / pre-schools.

Qualification: MCA/B.Tech.

Location: Unitech Business Zone, Tower - C, 1st Floor Nirvana Country, South City II, Sector 50, Gurugram.
