Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team in a client-facing operations role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, solving queries, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end service experience. You will be responsible for handling new leads, converting enquiries into appointments, and providing timely support to pet parents before and after their visits.





The role also involves close coordination with clinic front desk teams, veterinarians, and at-home service teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This is a outstanding opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals looking to build experience in customer service, operations, and business growth within a fast-paced, pet-friendly environment.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle and convert new leads by engaging promptly, explaining services, and scheduling appointments; maintain accurate lead tracking and monitor conversion outcomes.
- Provide timely customer support for pre- and post-appointment queries, ensuring adherence to response and resolution SLAs.
- Coordinate effectively with clinic front desk teams, veterinarians, and at-home service teams to ensure smooth operations and information flow.
- Identify and escalate operational bottlenecks, contributing to ongoing process improvements.
