Customer Support Executive (fresher—2 years )

We are looking for customer support executives to join our team. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and interactions.
- Respond to customer queries in a skilled manner.
- Resolve customer concerns effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalations.
- Follow company processes and customer service guidelines.

Eligibility

- Freshers to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and work in a customer-focused environment.
- Languages—Hindi and Telugu (Mandatory)

Salary ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month
