Location: Current Town, Kolkata

Position: International Customer Support Executive

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Freshers are not eligible

Responsibilities:-

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls

Understand customer requirements and provide solutions

Explain products & services to customers

Resolve customer queries professionally

Interact with international customers and maintain excellent service standards
