Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Support Executive. The responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels. As a key point of contact,



you will provide support to enhance the overall customer experience and maintain positive relationships.

You will represent the brand's dedication to high-quality service and assist in ensuring that customer expectations are met with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

- Experience in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Online Support and Technical Support methods
- Solid problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a professional demeanor
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in the use of customer service software tools is a plus
- Previous experience in the jewelry or retail industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
