- Location: Yerwada, Pune
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Shift: UK Rotational Shifts
- Working Days: 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Transport: Both-Side Cab Facility

SALARY & BENEFITS
- CTC: 5.5 LPA
- Take Home: 29,000 – 34,000/month

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer complaints and escalations through voice support.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and customer-focused service.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow quality, compliance, and process guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Solid customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- International BPO / Customer Support experience preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
- Only Pune-based candidates can apply.
