Elpido is looking for a friendly, responsible, and proactive Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and ensure a smooth experience from booking to service completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, and other support channels.
- Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and service-related queries.
- Coordinate with service partners to resolve customer issues quickly.
- Monitor bookings and ensure customers receive timely updates.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards quick resolution.
- Follow up with customers after bookings when required.
- Escalate serious or unresolved issues to the Operations/Management team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer queries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Collect customer feedback and identify recurring issues.
- Ensure every customer receives a professional and positive experience with Elpido.
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Hindi is an added advantage.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused personality.
- Confident speaking on calls and handling difficult conversations.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.
