Pay range for Fresher: 15,600/- inhand & experience: 19,000/- inhand

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 0-3 years of experience in a customer support role
- Strong problem-solving abilities




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
