Customer Support Engineer Job location : Malkajgiri Job site : Customer sites mostly around Hyderabad. Occasionally in Telangana and AP districts : Skills needed: 1. Should be able to speak in Hindi, English and Telugu 2. Mobile skills and telephone skills 3.
Skills in Whatsapp 4. Should be able to fillup forms and file them.
- Should have a two wheeler with license 6. Should be having basic electrical skills.
- Having experience/ extensive skills in Electrical/ Power/ UPS/ Stabiliser areas will be added advantage.
Compensation and perks 1. 15K for freshers. 20K for people with one year experience.
- Conveyance as per company rules. Generally about 3k PM.
- Insurance as per company policy.
- Incentive of Rs.100/- per service call beyond three calls a day.
- Two wheeler loan can be arranged by company after six months if needed.
