About Aivida

Aivida is a digital healthcare platform that connects and supports healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, laboratories, and clinics.

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive – Presales who can communicate confidently with healthcare professionals and introduce them to the Aivida platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact doctors, pharmacists, laboratories, and clinics through calls and other communication channels.
- Explain Aivida's digital healthcare platform, features, and benefits.
- Handle presales enquiries and convert potential users into Aivida customers/partners.
- Understand the requirements of healthcare professionals and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested doctors, pharmacists, labs, and clinics.
- Maintain professional communication and build strong relationships with prospects.
- Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups,



and conversions.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly presales and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Confident and professional telephone communication.
- Ability to explain products and services clearly.
- Basic knowledge of computers and digital applications.
- Customer service, telecalling, telesales, or presales experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
- Interest in the healthcare and digital technology sector is an advantage.
