Location: Mount Road, Chennai Salary: ₹12,500 In-Hand + PF & ESI & Incentives

Shift: General Shift

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Week Off: Rotational Week Off

Includes 45 Days of Training with salary

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments.

Follow up with customers and communicate payment details clearly.

Handle customer queries professionally.

Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

Candidate Profile

Basic Tamil & English communication skills.

Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based work.

Customer-handling skills and a positive attitude.

Location: Perungudi, Chennai

Salary

Freshers: ₹14,000 In-Hand

4 Months 1 Year Experience: ₹16,000 In-Hand

Rotational Shift

Female Candidates: No Night Shifts

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Week Off: Rotational Week Off

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls, chats, emails, and other support channels.

Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.

Maintain proper customer records and ensure quality customer service.

Candidate Profile

Freshers and candidates with 4 Months – 1 Year experience can apply.

Basic Communication Skills.

Basic computer knowledge is required.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Female candidates will not be assigned night shifts.
