About the Role

EazyPharmacy is looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to help us onboard pharmacies and vendors onto our platform. The role involves identifying potential pharmacy partners, explaining EazyPharmacy’s platform and benefits, completing onboarding, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential pharmacy partners in assigned areas.
- Explain EazyPharmacy’s platform, benefits, and onboarding process.
- Handle vendor registration and required documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for verification and activation.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure successful onboarding.
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly onboarding targets.
- Maintain accurate vendor records and activity updates.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Telugu and English preferred; Hindi is an advantage.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel are mandatory.
- Hyderabad local candidates preferred.

About the Role

EazyPharmacy is looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Executive / Associate to assist customers with their medicine orders and provide a smooth and reliable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and other support channels.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and related queries.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with pharmacies and delivery teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Follow up on pending customer requests until resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer and order-related information.
- Follow company processes and customer service standards.
- Ensure a positive and qualified customer experience.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
