About the Role The Customer Success Manager will act as the primary bridge between international clients and the internal delivery team, owning the client relationship end-to-end. This is an individual-contributor position with no direct reports you'll be the single point of accountability for client satisfaction, retention, and service delivery on your accounts. This is a permanent night shift aligned with NZ & AU business hours.

We are looking for a professional who can:

- Communicate confidently and independently with international clients
- Take full ownership of client relationships without day-to-day supervision
- Understand processes and systems, and improve workflows
- Grow their expertise and take on greater account responsibility over time

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for NZ/AU clients
- Conduct review meetings and performance calls
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
- Professionally handle escalations and sensitive conversations

Customer Success & Growth

- Oversee smooth onboarding of new clients
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs
- Identify service improvements
- Support account expansion opportunities
- Maintain accurate dashboards and client reporting
- Recommend improvements to SOPs and reporting structures based on day-to-day account work

Ideal Candidate Profile 4 to 8 years of experience in:

- Customer Success
- Account Management
- Client Service
- BPO, Hospitality, Telecommunications, Banking, or other industries
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems, reporting tools, and basic data analysis
- High ownership mindset comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Calm under pressure
- Client-first attitude
- Growth-oriented
- Comfortable working permanent night shifts

Preferred but Not Mandatory

- Prior experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency,



outsourcing, or service-based environment
- Experience supporting professional services, legal services, hospitality, education, or other service-based businesses
- Experience working with international clients across time zones
- Exposure to process improvement or SOP development in a BPO/outsourcing setting

Training & Development Comprehensive training will be provided to help employees understand:

- CRM systems and workflow management
- Customer success and relationship management practices
- Internal systems and business operations
