Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Service Sales Specialist role is based in the Pune Division. The specialist will handle inbound and outbound inquiries from prospective and current learners, provide detailed information about IELTS, OET, and licensing courses, and guide individuals through enrollment and payment processes.

Daily responsibilities include responding to phone calls and messages, resolving queries, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and following up with leads to support course conversions. The role involves collaborating with the training and admissions teams,



ensuring a positive learner experience, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The specialist is expected to maintain professional communication standards, uphold service quality, and represent Article Academy with integrity.

Qualifications

- Strong customer support and customer service skills, with the ability to understand and respond to learner needs.
- Experience in enhancing customer satisfaction and customer experience, especially in an education or training environment.
- Professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills for managing calls and follow-ups.
- Basic sales and counseling skills, including lead follow-up, conversion, and relationship building.
- Positive spoken and written English; additional local language proficiency is an advantage.
- Comfort with using computers, CRM systems, and common office applications.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles; experience in education or test preparation services is a plus.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
