Roles and Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with clients to understand their shipping requirements and provide customized solutions.

- Book ocean freight shipments, including FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load) cargo.

- Manage the entire logistics process from pickup to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.

- Monitor shipment status, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.

Job Requirements :

- 2-7 years of experience in ocean export/import operations or related field.

- Robust knowledge of sea freight forwarding procedures and regulations.

- Proficiency in booking FCL/LCL cargo on various carriers such as Maersk Line, COSCO Shipping etc.
