About The Role Jio is inviting applications for the position of Advisor Customer Support. This role is designed for individuals who excel in communication and customer service, aiming to deliver exceptional support experiences to Jio’s diverse customer base.

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will handle a blend of chat, email, and voice interactions, providing solutions and assistance to resolve customer queries efficiently. This position offers a unique work-from-home opportunity, allowing candidates from across India, especially from non-metropolitan cities, to be part of a dynamic team without geographical limitations.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in a BPO workplace, specifically in voice or non-voice processes, is essential, with a minimum of six months of relevant experience.

Candidates must have a personal laptop and a stable broadband internet connection to ensure seamless connectivity. This role is not suitable for pursuing students or individuals currently enrolled in academic programs. A professional attitude, customer-oriented mindset,



and the ability to work in rotational shifts are also required.

Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality support to customers through multiple channels including chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding Jio’s products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for quality and compliance purposes.
- Follow standard operating procedures and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with new products, services, and support tools.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience and uphold Jio’s reputation for excellent service.
