Job Title: Customer Support Executive – US Healthcare (Inbound Voice) Location:Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (On-site with complimentary cab drop facility) Shift & Schedule: 1. Night shift aligned with U.S. time zones 2. Monday to Friday working days 3. Fixed weekends off – Saturday & Sunday Role Overview: 1. Handle inbound calls from U.S. healthcare customers.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
- No sales targets involved in this process.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written). 2.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation/Diploma is an advantage).
- Comfortable working in night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
