We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive / Client Coordinator who can effectively communicate with clients, understand their requirements, handle queries, and ensure timely follow-ups. The role involves coordinating with clients through phone calls, video calls, and online meetings, managing appointments, maintaining client records, and working closely with internal teams to resolve concerns. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and relationship-management skills and be committed to providing a professional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Make skilled calls to clients and handle their queries, concerns, and requests effectively.
- Coordinate with clients through phone calls, video calls, and online meetings to understand their requirements.
- Provide accurate and relevant information to clients and ensure a smooth communication process.
- Schedule and manage client meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure timely responses to their queries and requirements.
- Handle client concerns and coordinate with the relevant internal teams to ensure timely resolution.




- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, discussions, requirements, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending requirements, scheduled meetings, updates, and other necessary actions.
- Ensure a professional and positive client experience through effective communication and timely coordination.
