Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in person in a qualified and timely manner. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, orders, and company policies. Resolve customer complaints and concerns while maintaining a positive and courteous attitude.
Process orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, and account updates when required. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company system. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions.
Escalate complex customer issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been successfully resolved.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
